The REBEL RB838 v.2 is a compact digital multimeter designed for electrical and electronics measurements. It measures DC voltage up to 1000 V, AC voltage up to 750 V, DC current up to 10 A and resistance up to 2 MΩ.

The multimeter features manual range selection, low-battery indication and automatic polarity detection. It also provides diode, transistor hFE, continuity and temperature testing using a K-type thermocouple. The display provides a maximum reading of 1999 with a sampling rate of 2 readings per second.
