The HP Robots Otto Expansion INTERACT Builder Kit is an educational robotics expansion kit designed to extend the capabilities of the Otto robot by adding physical input and interaction components. It enables learners to explore real-time interaction, event-based programming, and human–machine interfaces using devices such as buttons, rotary controls, and motion sensors, making robotics projects more engaging and interactive.

Unlike the Creator version, the Builder Kit includes all electronic components and all 3D-printed structural parts, allowing immediate assembly without the need for a 3D printer. The kit is designed to work exclusively with the HP Robots Otto Starter Kit, which is sold separately.
