PA-CF is a high-performance engineering filament designed for applications requiring outstanding mechanical strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability. Reinforced with carbon fiber, it offers excellent wear resistance, reduced warping, and a premium matte surface finish.
It is the ideal choice for functional parts, engineering components, jigs, fixtures, automotive parts, drones, robotics, and industrial applications where standard PLA or PETG materials do not provide sufficient mechanical performance. The carbon fiber reinforcement significantly reduces the shrinkage typically associated with nylon, resulting in more accurate and reliable prints.

Printing Settings
- Nozzle Temperature: 260–280 °C
- Bed Temperature: 80–100 °C
- Print Speed: 40–60 mm/s
- Cooling Fan: Off or low (0–20%)

Recommendations
- A hardened steel or ruby nozzle is highly recommended, as carbon fiber is abrasive and will quickly wear standard brass nozzles.
- Store the filament in a dry environment and dry it before printing if moisture has been absorbed.
- Best results are achieved with printers capable of maintaining nozzle temperatures above 260 °C.
