*Disclaimer: The images are merely illustrative.
The JGY370 is a DC motor with a worm gear reduction gearbox, designed for applications requiring low rotational speed and high torque.
This version operates at 24 V DC and provides a 10 RPM no-load speed and approximately 7.5 RPM under rated conditions.
The motor provides bidirectional rotation by reversing the power supply polarity. The worm gear gearbox also provides a self-locking function, helping to maintain the output shaft position when the motor is not powered.

| Rotation | Reversible |
| Self-locking | Yes |
The rotation direction can be changed by reversing the DC power supply polarity.
An H-bridge or another suitable motor control circuit can be used to control the motor in both directions.
The gearbox provides a 600:1 reduction ratio, resulting in reduced output speed and increased torque.
The worm gear mechanism also provides self-locking, helping prevent the output shaft from freely rotating when the motor is switched off.
